Vyom is a Sanskrit word which means sky. Sky itself is nothing but the emptiness in the universe. In this emptiness all the planets and stars are in a balanced position supporting each other. In our Vyom ( the institute of yoga) we train people in all four dimensions – Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual thus Balancing all the chakras in our body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga emphasizes mastering the body to achieve spiritual perfection by withdrawing the mind from external distractions. It uses physical techniques to preserve and channel vital energy, with "haṭha" in Sanskrit meaning "force," referring to its physical methods. This umbrella term includes yoga styles like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, and more, focusing on balance through breath (pranayama) and body postures (asana).

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga follows an eight-limbed path toward achieving Samadhi, defined in the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali, an ancient text dating to around 200 CE. It emphasizes muscle training for physical strength, toning, flexibility, and control. With contortion-esque poses, it enhances core and arm strength, revitalizing and strengthening the body.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine.

In one-on-one sessions, you receive the undivided attention of your yoga instructor, allowing for personalized guidance and assistance with complex poses. This ensures a focused and effective learning experience without the need to constantly observe the instructor’s movements.

The term “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj, meaning union—signifying the integration of mind, body, and soul. Yoga achieves this union through asanas, or poses, which build strength, flexibility, and balance as preparation for meditation.

In group classes, instructors guide participants through various poses, with beginner classes focusing on basic postures. However, students with varying levels of flexibility and agility often position themselves strategically to match their comfort level.
